⭐Ingredients to bake an Apple Cake
- 4 Apples, diced
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons (125g) Sugar
- 100ml Milk
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 ⅔ cups (210g) Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Powdered Sugar

➡️Method to Bake an Apple Cake
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line the bottom of an 8-inch (20cm) pan with parchment paper and grease the paper.
Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Set this mixture aside.
Step 3: Cut the apples into small cubes and set them aside.
Step 4: In a large bowl, combine sugar and whisk until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Step 5: Add the milk, oil, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Whisk until well combined.
Step 6: Sift in the flour mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
Step 7: Place the chopped apples into the prepared pan and pour the batter over them. Shake the pan gently to even out the batter.
Step 8: Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Step 9: Let the cake cool for 10 minutes, then dust it with powdered sugar.
