⭐ Matar Poha Recipe By Chatori Chetna ⭐
⭐Ingredients needed to make Matar Poha
- Poha 4 Cups Washed and Soaked
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
- 6-8 Peanuts Roasted
- 10-12 Curry Leaves
- ½ Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 Tbsp Coriander freshly chopped
- 1 Onion Sliced
- 2 Tsp Ginger Finely Chopped
- 2 Red Chillies
- 1 Green Chilly
- 2 Cup Fresh Green Peas
- Salt as per Taste

➡️Method to Prepare Matar Poha
Step 1: Wash Poha and keep it aside.
Step 2: Boil Green Peas until they are soft. Remove them from water and keep aside.
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan and add Mustard Seeds and dried red chillies. Wait for mustard seeds to crackle.
Step 4: Add Ginger, onions, and green chillies. Cook until the onions are translucent.
Step 5: Now add green peas and salt.
Step 6: Add Curry leaves and Sauté for a while.
Step 7: Now Add Poha. Add more salt if required.
Step 8: Garnish with roasted peanuts and fresh coriander.
Step 9: Drizzle lemon juice and serve hot.
