  2. Ginger – 15 Grams, Finely chopped
  3. Honey – 1 Table Spoon
  4. Lime Juice- 1 Table Spoon

  1. Combine chopped mint, ginger, and honey in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Add around a cup of boiling water to this mixture and let it sit for 30 minutes. Letting the mixture rest will help the flavors to get infused.
  3. Strain and press to extract maximum flavor.
  4. Add lime juice and mix.
  5. Divide the mixture by pouring it equally in two glasses filled with ice.
  6. Top with water if required.
