⭐ Egg Roll Recipe By Chatori Chetna ⭐
⭐ Ingredients to Prepare Egg Roll
- Lacha Paratha / Roti
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tsp Onion Finely Chopped
- A pinch Red Chilly Powder
- 1 Tbsps Coriander stems (Optional)
- Salt to taste
- 1/3 Carrot julienned
- 1/3 Cucumber julienned
- 1/3 Onion thinly sliced
- 1 Fresh Lettuce
- A Pinch Chat Masala / Lemon Juice

➡️ Method to Prepare Egg Roll
Step 1: Break Egg in a bowl and add onion, red chilly powder, salt and chopped coriander stems to it. Beat it to mix everything nicely.
Step 2: Drizzle a little oil on a pan and heat paratha for a few seconds on both sides. Now pour the eff mixture from step 1 and cook by turning the paratha.
Step 3: Take the egg coated paratha on a plate and place lettuce, onion, Cucumber, and carrot in it. Drizzle lemon juice or sprinkle some chat masala. Roll it and enjoy!
