➡️ Method to make Cauliflower Maggi 65 ❤️
Step 1: Chop cauliflower and add it to bubbling water with a pinch of salt. Cook until it is 80% done. Strain the cauliflower florets and let them cool.
Step 2: In a bowl, add curd, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, all the powdered spices, and flour. Now add the cauliflower florets and coat them with the batter. Deep fry or air fry until they are golden and crisp.
Step 3: Boil the Maggi in water, being careful not to overcook it. Remove any excess water and set the Maggi aside.
Step 4: Quickly Sauté all the vegetables.
Step 5: Mix the Maggi masala in half a cup of water. Add it to a pan and cook for a few seconds. Now add the fried cauliflowers and sauté for a few seconds. Now add the Maggi. Just toss it until all of the masala has coated it completely.
