⭐ Ingredients to Prepare Palak Paneer
- 2 Tbsp oil / Ghee
- 1 Tsp Jeera
- 1 Tsp chopped ginger
- 2 Tsp chopped garlic
- 2 Tsp coriander powder
- 2 Tsp Red chilly powder
- 4-5 Red Chillies
- Salt to taste
- 1 bunch palak cleaned
- 2 green chilly whole
- 2 Tbsps yoghurt
- 200 GMS paneer cubed
- 1 Tsp saunf powder
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder
- 1 Tbsp cup cream
- 1 Tbsp butter

➡️ Method to Prepare Palak Paneer Recipe
Step 1: Blanch the spinach and blend it into a smooth puree.
Step 2: Season the paneer cubes with salt, turmeric, and red chili powder. Fry the paneer in a little oil until it turns crispy.
Step 3: In a pan, heat some oil and add cumin seeds and whole chilies. Let them crackle. Remove two whole chilies for garnishing later.
Step 4: Add finely chopped garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté well.
Step 5: Sprinkle in red chili powder, turmeric, and coriander powder, then cook over medium heat.
Step 6: Stir in the yogurt, cooking while stirring continuously.
Step 7: Add fennel powder and continue to cook.
Step 8: Pour in the spinach puree and cook until you notice a pleasant aroma.
Step 9: Mix in cream, butter, and a pinch of cinnamon powder.
Step 10: Finally, add the fried paneer cubes and let it simmer on low heat.
